  • Conducted water right research at the Wyoming State Engineer’s Office for engineers, attorneys, realtors and landowners.
  • Prepared water right abstracts and provided legal interpretations of water rights.
  • Drafted petitions and represented clients who had water right issues before the Wyoming State Board of Control.

  • Presided over both Criminal and Civil cases within the jurisdiction of the Dayton Municipal Court.
